Privacy notice
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This notice explains what personal data 11spheres GmbH processes when you use this website, why, and what rights you have. It is written in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is 11spheres GmbH (see the legal notice for the address). You can reach us at: Loading address…
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Your IP address, used to limit the number of messages per connection and to tell humans from bots.
- Standard technical logs of our hosting and content-delivery providers (for example time, requested page, browser type).
Why we process it
We use the contact form data only to answer your enquiry. We use IP addresses and logs to keep the website secure and to protect the form from spam and abuse.
Service providers
We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection) — USA
- Slack (where contact messages are delivered to our team) — USA
- Fly.io (website hosting, Frankfurt data centre) — USA company
- Amazon Web Services (CloudFront content delivery) — global network
Where data is transferred to the USA, this happens under the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. The website sets one functional cookie that remembers your language. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived technical token to tell humans from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them. Technical logs are kept according to our providers' retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to its processing. Write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may update this notice when our website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
